NBA Free Agency: 5 Budget Point Guards for the Nets

NBA free agency begins on July 1. The Brooklyn Nets have a major offseason upcoming which will determine the direction of the franchise. What free agent guards should they target in NBA free agency?

It is no secret that the Nets’ biggest need this offseason is a starting point guard. Currently, the only point guard under contract is Jarrett Jack, who is recovering from a torn ACL and will likely be cut as his contract only guarantees him $500,000.

In this article, we take a look at five point guards in this year’s free agency class that the Nets could afford at a good price. The point guard free agency class as a whole isn’t all that strong after Mike Conley. The most notable after Conley are Rajon Rondo, Jeremy Lin and Jordan Clarkson.
