The Brooklyn Nets traveled to Milwaukee to take on Jason Kidd’s Bucks. Brooklyn lost a close one 110-108 on a last second put-back tip-in by John Henson.

Bojan Bogdanovic hit a game-tying three-point shot with 11.6 seconds left. When the Bucks got the ball back, Jabari Parker took it to the rim and missed his shot, but John Henson was right there and tipped the ball in as time expired sealing the victory for the Bucks.

The Nets have lost both of their games by a combined seven points.

Brooklyn was missing their big man in Brook Lopez due to Coach Atkinson’s decision to get him some rest. Justin Hamilton started in Lopez’s place. Hamilton did not produce the same numbers Lopez does nor did he produce the same numbers he put up against the Celtics Wednesday night.

Hamilton scored only 6 points, both on three-point shots.

Leading the Nets was Bojan Bogdanovic. Bogdanovic bounced back nicely after a poor performance last night. The Croatian scored 26 points on 9-of-15 shooting. Add in two three-pointers and you have yourself a good game.

Trevor Booker had another double-double for Brooklyn scoring 14 points and grabbing 14 rebounds. Booker also had two blocks giving him a nice stat sheet for the night.

Brooklyn as a team shot 44 percent from the field and shot a bunch of three-point shots yet again. The Nets shot 35 threes and made 11 of them for a 31.4 percentage.

Milwaukee, meanwhile, shot 46.6 percent from the field. Milwaukee won the game in the paint. The Bucks scored 54 points in the paint compared to Brooklyn’s 42. It is clear Lopez was missed tonight in that aspect of the game.

Leading the Bucks in scoring was sophomore Rashad Vaughn. The second-year man out of UNLV came off the bench to score 22 points on 8-0f-17 shooting and 6-of-12 from long-range.

Giannis Antetokounmpo was next in line for the Bucks with 21 points on 10-of-18 shooting. Antetokounmpo tallied 11 rebounds in this game giving him a double-double.

Brooklyn fought hard on the road after a tough battle last night against the Indiana Pacers. They never let the Bucks get ahead by too much and made them fight until the very end.

The Nets, though, keep performing well on offense. They have now scored over 100 points every game this season. The offense does not seem to be the problem. The problem is the defense.
