The Nets would like to start earning some wins in the wake of their almosts, maybes and could haves, but this afternoon in Newark will be a tough task, as they host the Boston Celtics, who many believe to be the Eastern Conference favorites. They should get a lift from the return of Devin Harris, though, as their starting point guard returns from a two-game stint on the bench with a knee strain suffered last week against the Knicks. The Celtics defeated New Jersey in Boston 89-83 on November 24 despite the absence of point guard Rajon Rondo, who will also miss today’s game with a hamstring injury.
