Lionel Hollins is a coach that isn’t afraid to make a statement to his players. Hollins believes in putting in the player that has the hot hand and will help his team win games and he has lived up to that mantra this season with the Nets. Hollins has Jarrett Jack and Mason Plumlee in the starting lineup over Brook Lopez and Deron Williams. Jack and Plumlee make a combined $29 Million while Lopez and Williams make a combined $158 Million.

The Nets have won five of their last six games and Hollins believes that his team is turning the corner. Anything can happen but it appears that the team is starting to buy into Hollins system and as long as the entire group stays together, 2015 can be a prosperous year for the Nets.
