Darius Morris was acquired by the Nets in December and he has shown why the Nets signed him lately. Morris was originally brought in to be the team’s third string point guard, but Deron Williams injury has bumped him up in the rotation and when given minutes Morris has played well. Morris has played hard defense and on offense he has shown that he has a decent jumper and he can finish relatively well around the rim. With Williams still being out the Nets will need Morris to take some of the load off of Jarrett Jack and help solidify the point guard position.
