Conclusion: As the new, undisputed leader of the Brooklyn Nets, the load will fall upon Brook Lopez’s shoulders to carry the team on offense while also being the defensive anchor. You know what they say, with great responsibility comes great stats. Or was it something else? Well, you get the point.

If healthy, Lopez should return to rookie and sophomore year form, averaging 19+ points and 8+ rebounds. And as an adept help defender, his blocks should rise as well. He’s a great value pick here assuming he stays healthy. Lopez has the highest stat potential on the team, and he will get looks constantly, so he could easily end up being worth more than the 33 pick.  Look for Lopez to have a career year.
