5. Gerald Henderson

The 28-year-old Portland Trail Blazer probably should be higher on this list. However there’s a few reasons to why Henderson isn’t as high as fans may expect.

First, he didn’t have a great season, only averaging 8.7 points to go along with 2.9 rebounds per game.

Second, I can’t really see him leaving Portland, because it seemed he enjoyed his first season with the Trail Blazers, despite the limited action he saw. He averaged his lowest points per game average since his rookie season with the Charlotte Hornets back in the 2009-2010 season. Henderson only saw 19.9 minutes per game, also his lowest average in that category since his rookie season.

He most likely will be seeking more money with the Salary Cap rising to a projected $94 Million. The Duke product made $6 Million this previous season. That number will likely change next season. The Nets have some money to spend in free agency, do they envision Henderson playing in a black and white jersey this coming season?
