4. Arron Afflalo

Arron Afflalo was highly praised by New York Knick fans upon his signing last summer. Many fans saw him as a great pickup and felt the Knicks would be back in the playoffs once again with him leading the helm in the backcourt.

However, once the season rolled around that wasn’t the case. Afflalo averaged a solid 12.8 points to go along with 3.7 rebounds per game, but his contributions simply couldn’t help Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis push the Knicks into the playoffs.

Afflalo didn’t end his first season with New York on a strong note either, resulting in him being benched several times late in the season. Is New York showing Afflalo the door this quickly? Will he decline his player option and come over the bridge to Brooklyn instead?

Money does talks.
