Brooklyn Nets: Former Players Moving On In Free Agency

The Brooklyn Nets have made additions to the roster this summer, but also let some players depart as well. Some former Nets have already found new homes, and others are still searching.

The Brooklyn Nets brought in the likes of Jeremy Lin, Trevor Booker and others this offseason, and had even bigger ambitions that didn’t quite pan out. However, as is the case every offseason, teams bring in players and see others depart to new teams.

This year, the Nets made decisions to let some players go as the new regime of Sean Marks and Kenny Atkinson begin the process of putting their own stamp on the roster.

All of the attention has been on the additions the Brooklyn Nets have made — and rightfully so — but now let’s take some time to examine where the former Nets have gone, and how they fit in their new homes for the 2016-17 season, and perhaps beyond as well.
