The center position was certainly the weakest position for the Nets.  Todd MacCullouch was more of a body that could lean on some of the bigger centers of the time.  MacCullouch would not survive playing heavy minutes in today’s NBA, and he certainly could not play against a team as dynamic as the Warriors.  Overall, Andrew Bogut is a far superior player from an athleticism perspective, defensive perspective, offensive skill perspective, and anything imaginable in basketball.  Of the starting lineup, this is where the biggest gap occurs, and there is a huge edge to the Warriors.
