Atlantic Terminal & Center

You can’t get off at the “Atlantic Avenue – Barclays Center” train station without visiting the mall if you’re a newcomer. It’s just not possible. There’s a lot to take in around the Barclays Center, and Atlantic Terminal and Atlantic Center are two of them (or one, if you just want to categorize it as the mall).

The terminal and center are two separate buildings, but they’re connected by the bridge (see the upper right photo), which you can access through Target at Atlantic Terminal.

I’ve visited most of the stores (what else would I have to do on Fridays after high school), but here are my favorite shops:

  • Target: You could go to Target for absolutely no reason and come out with ten bags full of unneeded junk. Or maybe that just happens to me, because I spend too much time in the dollar deals section.
  • Bath & Body Works: This place gives way too many coupons that always result in me buying lotions or hand sanitizers that I don’t necessarily need. Still, their scents are pretty darn amazing (cherry blossom is my favorite).
  • Best Buy: Best Buy is just one of those places you go into to look around at random electronics that you can’t afford. Luckily, unlike Target and Bath & Body Works, it’s possible to come out of Best Buy without making an uninformed purchase.
