Sean Kilpatrick, ‘Skilpatrick,’ is having his best season yet in his first full year in the NBA. Last year, the Nets signed him to a series of 10-day contracts before signing him to a multi-year deal, and Kilpatrick has proven to be a bargain since then.
Simply put, Kilpatrick is an up-and-coming NBA player, and Sean Marks is reaping the benefits of discovering a hidden gem from the D-League.

By now, even a general NBA fan should know who Kilpatrick is, after he led a thrilling comeback against the Los Angeles Clippers on November 29. This earth-shattering 38-point performance is what he is notorious for, and Kilpatrick has shown that he can be a player who can heat up in a flash.
However, Kilpatrick has his flaws, which come to light usually whenever he’s running the Nets’ offense. The 27-year-old averages 2.4 turnovers per game, and it’s become quite a norm to see him lose the ball in some way during a game. In fact, in his last six games, Kilpatrick only had one game where he did not commit any turnovers.
