In Closing…

The Brooklyn Nets have a bright future despite the lack of draft picks. Marks has a few role players that he could trade to acquire more picks in the future and there is still free-agency to come. Brooklyn may be at the bottom of the league this season, but that will soon change.

Young players need to develop. The best way to let them develop is to let them play the game at the NBA speed and skill level. The young guys, while all on the floor, have shown that they actually play better than the starters.

The young kids deserve a chance. Atkinson and Marks need to find a way to get these young players into games to give them the best chance to develop and hopefully win games.

They have proven themselves on and off of the floor. It is now up to the coach to make a viable decision on their playing time. Atkinson has done a decent job so far, but the Nets should be able to benefit from letting their young players see the floor in what is a lost season.
