27th Overall Selection

Like I said last week, the Nets have options with this pick. Draft and stash? The Nets only have one current such player in Juan Pablo Vaulet. They are certainly looking to add more. Do they address the 3 spot here? Maybe try to use this pick to trade up, or trade down to gather more second-round picks? Nobody really knows what the Nets have up their sleeve. DraftExpress has Brooklyn selecting D.J. Wilson at 27.

Potential. He’s 21.

I think the Nets will look to add frontcourt depth in the first-round of this draft. Obviously, they may look to add guards, but most of the top backcourt talent will be gone by the time the Nets have a pick. There’s a healthy dose of bigs with potential, and I believe Brooklyn will take advantage.
