Rondae Hollis-Jefferson

Rondae-Hollis-Jefferson has developed extremely well over his three seasons with the Brooklyn Nets.

In fact, only at 23 years old, Hollis-Jefferson is the longest-tenured Net on the roster.

This past season, Hollis-Jefferson’s biggest improvement has been on the offensive end. He has developed extremely well on the defensive end, but he made notable strides with his offensive game.

More from Nothin' But Nets

Hollis-Jefferson drove to the basket with aggression. Driving to the basket has been his go-to move since his arrival to the NBA. When driving to the basket, he looks to draw fouls or go up with a powerful slam.

The 23-year-old saw his offensive stats go up in 2017-18, with his scoring average increasing from 8.7 points per game in 2016-17 to 13.9 this season

On the defensive end, Hollis-Jefferson now plays tighter defense, limiting his opponent to smaller spaces.

He has developed his shot blocking game slightly but his biggest improvement has been lock-down defense.

Hollis-Jefferson could be a piece in Marks’ plan for the future. His game has progressed very well and continues to grow, but so has his trade value. The Nets would like to keep Hollis-Jefferson around for seasons to come, but he can be a great trade asset in a package deal.

If Hollis-Jefferson continues to grow and develop, that leaves Brooklyn’s front office with two options; use him as a key piece in the rebuilding efforts or try to get a first-round pick for him.
