Ding Yanyuhang

Ding Yanyuhang is one of the Brooklyn Nets’ top prospects and definitely a player to watch. Yanyuhang has shown serious potential over his short professional career and can become a great NBA player.

The 6-foot-7 rising star can play both small forward and shooting guard. His two past seasons with the Shandong Golden Stars in the Chinese Basketball Association has been great.

He has won the CBA Domestic MVP each of the last two seasons and was named the CBA All-Star Game MVP in 2017.

Yanyuhang has proven he is a great player on both ends of the floor. On the offensive end, he is a jaw-dropping scorer. He can score from any area on the court and bring the crowd to their feet. He shoots the ball very well from both 3 and mid-range.

Besides his shooting, his best offensive move is driving to the basket. He is an aggressive driver looking for fouls and a finish. He can either throw up some acrobatic lay-ups or finish with a slam.

Yanyuhang is also a great cutter and can multiple roles on the offensive end due to his size and strength.

The 6-foot-7 star can also pass at a very high level. He is known to be a great passer who can really make some fancy passes.

Yanyuhang played for the Dallas Mavericks summer league team last summer. He played a total of 11 games averaging 6.91 points and 1.09 assists in 16.3 minutes per game.

This Summer League will be a great test for the Chinese star. He will have to prove he is NBA-ready and show off his talented play on both ends of the floor. Yanyuhang will be expected decent minutes for the Nets over the next couple of weeks.

According to NetsDaily.com, Yanyuhang has been dealing with some knee pain which can possibly jeopardize his playing time this summer.

It will be interesting to see how Yanyuhang fits with the Brooklyn Nets and if his play can bring him to the next level. He is definitely a player Brooklyn and their fans should have their eye on this summer league.
