Jared Dudley (Power Forward)

Jared Dudley was acquired by Brooklyn in a Friday trade. When he was acquired by Brooklyn, it was a surprise, but he fills the stretch 4 hole Brooklyn had.

Throughout his career, he is a versatile player who can not only shoot the ball at a high level, but drive to the basket and finish the play with three points. Dudley is a strong 3-point shooter, which brings depth to Atkinson’s small-ball offense at the 4.

Dudley is not known for his defensive presence but he is a good defender. He commonly stays on his man and does a good job defending driving plays.

The veteran power forward also brings leadership and mentoring to the young Nets frontcourt. Dudley is known to be a likable teammate and can play a big role helping develop Brooklyn’s young frontcourt players.

Dudley is expected to come off the bench for Brooklyn. He is a great asset to have coming off the bench for Brooklyn that can bring immediate scoring and solid defending.
