We get it. Theo Pinson was seeing his first game action for the parent Brooklyn Nets playing four minutes against the Washington Wizards on Dec. 1 and was in just his fourth NBA game overall.
Pinson, on a two-way contract with the Nets, had played in every game for the Long Island Nets in the NBA G League prior to being brought back to Brooklyn while the Long Island club participated in the G League’s Winter Showcase in Las Vegas last week.
But coming into the game and almost immediately firing up a 30-footer? Not the best of looks.
