#14) Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cavs are in the midst of a lengthy rebuild, the shockwaves of LeBron James‘ departure back in the summer of 2018 are still being felt.

Kevin Love may, or may not, be moved at some point in the calendar year and their young talent still has quite a bit of developing to do.

Sexton had a strong second half of his rookie campaign, the fit with him and Garland manning the backcourt is intriguing—but won’t push them out of the lottery, at least not yet.

Dylan Windler and Kevin Porter Jr. were also selected by the Cavs in this year’s draft and there is upside with each pick, but both are very much so raw at this point.

This is a team that won 19 games last year and didn’t really make any drastic altercations this offseason, they’re going to be bad, but that’s to be expected of a team in a full rebuild mode.

Oh, and then there’s no more J.R. Smith—pour one out.

2019/20 Season record: 22-60
