Brooklyn Nets: Way-too-early Eastern Conference standings predictions

#12) Chicago Bulls
The Chicago Bulls didn’t have a terrible offseason; Luke Kornet and Tomas Satoransky were nice additions and they brought in Thaddeus Young, who’s had a pretty underrated career.
There are questions regarding the fit with Young, who will share frontcourt duties with Lauri Markkanen and Wendall Carter Jr.—but he’s the type of player you want on your team. Young plays hard and gives you production with his minutes, he could act as a mentor for the young frontcourt core pieces, providing guidance from what he’s seen through his 12-year career.
Lavine had serious issues with ball security when initiating the offense for the Bulls last season; Dunn’s missed time didn’t help the fact. The addition of Satoransky is going to drastically help in that regard, he’ll likely alleviate pressure from LaVine and Coby White.
White’s an intriguing prospect, consistency is definitely an issue but he’s 19-years-old—there’s time to fine-tune his offensive dynamic. The Bulls got themselves a pretty appealing young core, they’re still years away from genuinely competing for the higher seeds in the east but they’re also on the rise.
