1. Nov. 30, 2019 vs Hawks
Houston’s game against Atlanta on Nov. 30, 2019, wasn’t much of a game, but 30-year-old Harden put on a show. He scored a season-high 60 points. What’s the best part? He did so in 31 minutes.
The Hawks didn’t have much of a chance and Harden had already scored 31 points at the half, where the Rockets led 81-52. In the third quarter, Houston went on an 18-3 run with all 18 points coming from Harden in a series of 3-point shots and free-throw attempts. He finished with 29 points in the third.
Harden sat on the bench during the fourth quarter and was one point away from tying his career-high of 61 points. He wasn’t needed, as Houston cruised to a 158-111 win.
It was the fourth time in Harden’s career that he scored 60 points in a game. He shot 16-of-24 from the field (66.7%) and 8-of-14 from the 3-point line (57.1%) while knocking down 20-of-23 free throws.

During the 2019-20 season, Harden averaged 34.3 points and shot 44.4% from the floor. If the Nets can get a semblance of this kind of production, you can bet they’ll be in the NBA Finals this year.

Kevin Durant’s defense of James Harden after loss to Bulls was confusing
The Brooklyn Nets lost to the Chicago Bulls for the second time this season, and after this one Kevin Durant shifted the blame to himself.
