20. Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets bench is still very young for the most part and unproven. Rookie Amen Thompson has not looked good so far, and their other first-round pick, Cam Whitmore, was sent to the G-League.

19. Atlanta Hawks

As an overall unit, the Atlanta Hawks do not have a solid bench unit. However, Bogdan Bogdanovic, Saddiq Bey, and Onyeka Okongwu are solid players carrying this bench unit.

18. Denver Nuggets

Reggie Jackson and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope carry the Denver Nuggets when the starters are out. DeAndre Jordan struggles big time when he comes in for superstar Nikola Jokic.

17. New Orleans Pelicans

The New Orleans Pelicans are depleted with injuries, and rookie Jordan Hawkins, one of their best bench pieces, has been inserted into the starting lineup.

16. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls have some notable names off the bench, like Alex Caruso, Andre Drummond, and Jevon Carter. However, their net rating (0.1) is barely positive.
