After winning both games in Los Angeles behind the heroics of James Harden, the Brooklyn Nets are back at Barclays Center to take on the Philadelphia 76ers. Brooklyn is 23-9 and in first place in the East, while Philadelphia is in sixth with an 18-16 record.

Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and LaMarcus Aldridge came out of the health and safety protocols on Tuesday after the Nets have been playing with a shorthanded roster for the past couple of weeks. But it seems as if things are finally falling back into place.

Brooklyn has gone 2-0 against Philadelphia this season. The Nets last played the Sixers on Dec. 16 and won, 114-105. The win marked Durant’s last game before entering the protocols, and he scored 34 points and pulled down 11 rebounds.

Just like Brooklyn, Philadelphia has won its previous two games. On Tuesday, Joel Embiid led the Sixers with 36 points and 11 rebounds in a 114-109 win over Toronto.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Philadelphia Sixers betting odds, spread, over/under

According to WynnBET, the Nets are the two-point favorites over the Sixers. Brooklyn’s -130 on the moneyline and Philadelphia’s +110. The over/under for the game is set at 217 points.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Philadelphia Sixers prediction

Since Steve Nash said that Durant and Aldridge will likely play on Thursday night, it’s hard to bet against the Nets, especially if Harden can keep his hot streak going.

Brooklyn’s main defensive focus will be finding a way to stop Embiid. The big man scored 32 points against the Nets on Dec. 16, but even then the Nets still found a way to win.

We’re taking Brooklyn -2 and over 217 points.

Nets 123, Sixers 112.
